List down, what are the benefits will you get, once you achieve your goal. This will definitely motivate you. Whenever your motivation level goes down, you should refer this list.

3. Visually Display the benefits

Find some suitable images to represent your goal's outcome. Place them at your private places where you stay alone. Also you can set it as your mobile wallpaper. These actions will keep you motivated automatically.

4. Find a partner with the same goal

It is recommend to find one or more partners with the same goal.  Then, you will get more chance to be motivated  or stay motivated. 

5. Understand yourself

It is very easy to find your type, by you. Simply list down what make you happy. They may be a TV show, movie, music , travel or any activtiy. Whatever note down. Whenever you feel de motivated, use them to recharge your motivation level.
